How exposed is your board's email? Find out for free.

Most directors have never had anyone check. The answer is usually "more than you think", and the single biggest fix usually costs nothing. This check tells you where you stand in one page.

What gets checked

Four questions, answered with evidence

Your domain

Can your organisation be impersonated?

I check your domain's public email records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and tell you whether an attacker can currently send convincing email as your organisation. Most domains I check fail at least one of the three.

Your exposure

Are your credentials already out there?

Your email addresses are checked against known data breaches. Directors are routinely surprised by what a decade of memberships, conferences, and old accounts has leaked.

Your habits

Where does board material actually go?

A short, candid conversation about how papers reach you, which accounts they sit in, and what happens when a director leaves. No judgement; the patterns are the same on most boards.

The fourth question is the one that matters: what's the single highest-impact fix? You leave with one page, RAG-rated, and one clear recommendation. Often it's a free setting. Sometimes it's a conversation your board needs to have. Either way, you'll know.

The honest part

Why is it free?

Because the check takes me fifteen minutes, most boards fail it, and some of the people who see their result want help fixing it. That's the business model, stated plainly. If you take the one-page report and fix everything yourself, that is a perfectly good outcome and you'll hear no complaint from me. The check uses only public records and your answers to a few questions. Nothing is installed, nothing is accessed, and nothing is kept without your say-so.

Fifteen minutes. One page. No obligation.
